Our Services
GLF-Final3Greenland organisation established in 2020, is a non-profit organisation based in the Chankanai Divisional Secretariat Area in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The organisation focuses on organic farming and community education while addressing the needs of marginalized groups, including special needs individuals, the elderly, cancer patients, and prisoners. It also supports Montessori schools and provides meals to local schools. Through various projects and programs, Greenland organisation is committed to improving the living standards of the community. Additionally, the foundation aids high school initiatives, sports clubs, and youth clubs. While we initially managed these efforts remotely from Europe for the first 10 years, we relocated to Sri Lanka in 2019 to oversee and expand these initiatives directly. Currently, the organisation employs a total of twenty-eight workers, including full-time, part-time, and contracted staff, all working together to uplift the local community and contribute to sustainable development.
